- No refund policy
Exchange policy applies to the below-mentioned conditions only - If found damaged/defect and must’ve informed to the company immediately right after receiving the parcel same day.
- If any size issue which would be compared to the size which customer has requested at the time of order and the size which the company has delivered to them if differs in such case size will be exchanged.
- In case of size or article exchange, the returned piece should be properly clean with labels and tags attached as it was delivered.
- No article would be exchanged if it holds by the customer for more than 2 days after receiving it.
- In case of order cancellation it should be informed by the customer to the company within 24 hours of order placement after that we will consider it confirmed.
- In the case of the returned article for exchange, the company will not bear any return parcel delivery charges.
- Colours may differ minor light or dark as shown in the pictures due to camera effects or pixels no article will exchange due to this reason.
- Clients that do not accept their order at the time of delivery will be blacklisted and will not be able to place orders with us again.
